A wedding reception is all about the bride and groom, but how do you design it?
It’s no surprise that this topic has come up a lot during our annual Wedding Recap event, but this week we’re talking wedding reception design for new brides and grooms, specifically for the newlywed bride or groom.
This year, we’re featuring a wide range of different wedding design concepts that you can apply to your own wedding day, whether you’re looking for a simple, minimalist look, or a modern look.
We’ve got the essentials, plus a few more options for you to experiment with.
To get started, you’ll want to check out our Wedding Recap article, which includes an in-depth look at what you need to know about wedding reception.
In addition, there’s an updated version of our “What You Need to Know About Wedding Reception Design” post that includes some additional tips for creating a good wedding reception with your wedding planning and photography team.
As you’re designing your wedding reception, make sure you consider your wedding guests, your venue, and the weather.
A successful wedding reception should be a celebration of the union between you and your partner.
That’s why we recommend that you keep a close eye on your wedding’s weather conditions and the location where you’re planning your reception.
If you don’t know your wedding location, you can always check with your officiant or wedding planner to find out.
But don’t worry — if you’re not in a location that has an optimal wedding reception weather, you should be able to handle it!
