The NBA’s Hall of Fame will be celebrating its 50th anniversary next season, and the New York Knicks have an iconic look that will forever be associated with the team.
A lot of the Knicks’ jerseys are just as iconic as the team itself, and that’s not even including the team’s iconic uniforms, the Knick’s “Blue” and “Gold” and the iconic “Knick’s Logo” jersey.
Tom Dunn, the NBA’s first NBA-licensed creative director, will be honored as the NBA Hall of Famer who designed the league’s most iconic and iconic jerseys.
He has done it again, and it’s a true honor to be the first NBA creative director to have his work be recognized by the NBA, which includes the iconic logos of the league and the team on its uniforms.
He told ESPN.com he is extremely proud of his work on the Knicks jerseys.
“The most important thing is to make it work for the player and for the team, so it’s the best I’ve ever done.
I want to honor the legacy and the people that have been with the organization, and I hope to continue to be honored.”
Dunn, who also created the iconic logo of the Philadelphia 76ers, has worked on numerous jersey designs since the 1970s, but the Knicks have been the only NBA team to have its logo featured on its jersey since the 1999 season.
The Knicks are celebrating their 50th season in 2017-18, and Dunn will be a part of the festivities.
“I’m very excited,” Dunn said.
“I’ve been in the league for 25 years.
It’s been a long journey, but I’m happy to be back.
The fans have been really, really supportive and have really embraced the new look.
I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a New York guy or if it is because I love the Knicks, but my love for the Knicks is second to none.
I love the uniforms and the design of the jerseys, and this will be the most important part of my legacy.”
Dunkins signature work on all of the team jerseys has earned him the nickname of the “Knicks’ ‘Blue’ and ‘Gold’ jersey, and has been used in a number of commercials and television spots.
He said the Knicks logo has been worn by all members of the franchise for more than 50 years, and he wants to continue wearing the iconic jersey on the court.”
I was just a rookie and I wanted to do something with it. “
When I first started working on the uniforms, it was a very simple thing.
I was just a rookie and I wanted to do something with it.
Now it’s been 25 years and I think it’s time to take a little bit of time to put the pieces back together.”
Dunks most iconic jersey design was the “Gold” logo.
It was worn on the “Blue” jersey during the 1996-97 season and in 1999-2000, when the team was renamed the New Jersey Nets.
It is still worn by many of the players on the team today, including Carmelo Anthony, Jeremy Lin, Tyson Chandler and Brandon Jennings.
Dunn said he hopes to work on new designs as the franchise evolves, and is excited about the new designs coming in 2018-19.
“Hopefully, I’ll continue to evolve the design and make it better and better,” Dunn added.
“The next season is going to be really important because that will be when the uniforms are really, truly the new ones.”
